What's On

On December 5, 2019, the Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre will welcome the dancers from the St. Petersburg State Academic Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre, who will present a premiere of The Queen of Spades, based on an eponymous short story by A.S.  Pushkin, set to music by P.I.Tchaikovsky, choreographed talented Iñaki Urlezaga (Argentina).

On October 5, during the St. Petersburg Theatre Tours, which were part of the International Theatre Olympics 2019 programme, the Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre performed Marius Petipa's version of Giselle, a masterpiece of choreographic Romanticism, in Vladikavkaz.

We will present one of the public's most beloved ballets, which is part of the tradition of immersing yourself into the magical festive spirit, at historic venue of the Mariinsky Theatre and at the Lensoviet Palace of Culture.

On October 18, the theatre-goers from Vladivostok will see Leonid Yacobson's Choreographic Miniatures for the very first time.
