The Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre is to take part in the Georgian capital's St. Petersburg Meetings in Tbilisi cultural programme, scheduled for November 10 to 17.
On November 10, our dancers will perform at the Tbilisi Griboedov Theatre, getting the Georgian public acquainted with our latest premiere: Ludwig Minkus' Don Quixote ballet, produced by Johan Kobborg. Known for their lively temperament and artistic inclinations, Georgian theatre-goers are likely to appreciate this vibrant and colourful show, soaked in the heartfelt Spanish warmth. Cultural links between Russia and Georgia go back many years. St. Petersburg Meetings in Tbilisi will offer a chance to reflect and to make new discoveries, and most importantly, present an opportunity for renewing the cultural dialogue between the two countries.
