The Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre will bring two concert programmes to the Belgrade National Theatre, with shows scheduled for 24 and 25 October. These ballet galas will be part of a project called Hermitage Days in Serbia, co-run by the Serbian Ministry of Culture, Gazprom Neft, and the Hermitage, one of the world’s largest museums.

On 28 September, the Samara Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre will be hosting the IV International Art Festival, Shostakovich. Beyond Time. During the event, Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre will open its 55th season with a special programme titled Forever Timeless. Leonid Yacobson’s Choreographic Masterpieces. The show will be comprised of several miniatures from the Classicism-Romanticism cycle, along with two one-act ballets: Brilliant Divertissement (score by Mikhail Glinka) and The Wedding Cortège (score by Dmitry Shostakovich).

On 20 August, Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre closed both the Second Annual Gold Collection festival and its 54th season with the final showing of Swan Lake.

Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre plans to take part in an international art festival titled Shostakovich. Beyond Time, which the city of Samara will be hosting in late September.
