‘Happy New Year’ stamp ceremoniously cancelled in St. Petersburg

    This exclusive fine-art stamp is no longer valid, and was seen off with a grand ceremony at the Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre, which included a showing of our troupe’s production of The Nutcracker.

    The event was attended by: Fyodor Boltin, head of St. Petersburg’s Committee for Culture; Vaganova Ballet Academy rector Nikolay Tsiskaridze; Andrian Fadeev, art director of the Leonid Yacobson Ballet Theatre; BDT director Tatyana Arkhipova; and Natalya Parfenova, deputy director of the Russian Post in the North-Western region.

    The design for the stamp was selected via a contest for professional artists, and the magical atmosphere created at the theatre during our show could not be a better fit!
